Kris Adair
FNP-BC, RN - Nurse Practitioner/Co-Owner
Kris hails from Tennessee, but grew up around the world as the daughter of an Army Chef. She graduated from Phoenix College with her RN and soon after, she completed her BSN at Grand Canyon University. She would continue on as an Antelope for a Masters in Nursing Education and then for her Family Nurse Practice (FNP) degree. It was during her FNP program that she became intrigued by medical aesthetics and decided to start a business with her husband. Kris believes that every client is unique and approaches every treatment accordingly.
Dony Adair
HR Director/Co-Owner
Dony is an Arkansas native and US Air Force veteran. He is an alumnus of University of Phoenix (BSB/MKT) and Grand Canyon University with a background in training and development management and instructional design. He has enjoyed being a professional singer in the valley as well as a credited music producer. His school of thought is working hard to enjoy the fruits of his labor.
Dr. Armendariz
Body Contouring Physician
George Armendariz, MD is originally from Abilene,Texas and is a graduate of Southwestern University and The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. He completed his internship in General Surgery at St. Joseph’s Hospital and his anesthesiology residency at the Memorial Herman Hospital system in Houston. During his 20+ years’ experience as a physician, he has trained in all facets of anesthesia with advanced training and certification in acute and chronic pain management, regenerative medicine, and masters training in lipo contour and lipo sculpting techniques.
He is specialty trained in bone marrow and stromal fat stem cell therapies as well as spinal trial and implant pain management interventional modalities with pain pumps and spinal cord stimulators. Additionally, Dr. Armendariz has performed several hundred liposuction procedures in all areas of the body with extensive training in natural breast augmentation and the Brazilian Butt Lift method and feels for every lipo procedure he can help people see the body that they want within the the body that they have.

April is originally from Santa Barbara, CA and received her BSN from California State University Channel Islands. She relocated to Phoenix, Arizona with her family in 2016. April has been a Registered Nurse for over 10 years, with a background in education & management, surgical/trauma, and orthopedic nursing. She joined the Adair Family Clinic & Medspa team back in 2019! April has certifications in advanced Botox treatments, advanced Dermal Fillers, PDO thread lifts, and PRP/PRF treatments. April has always had a passion for aesthetics, she loves advancing her knowledge by frequently attending seminars and trainings to stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques to help her clients look and feel their very best! Taylor
Licensed Esthetician, Laser Technician
Taylor is an AZ native, born and raised in Arizona. She joined the Adair Family Clinic & Medspa team in 2021 as an Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician. She is most passionate about talking with clients about the importance of home care and finding the best skin care regimen for each of them.
